Shipping Policy

Shipment Policy:

While our endeavour is to supply our products to each & every customer across India who

places an order on our e commerce website or mobile app, servicing certain pin codes does

not become feasible due to unavailability of 3 PL logistic partners for specific pin codes. As a


Our shipment is valid for specific pin codes only where courier services are available.

We offer free shipping across India for orders above INR. 749/

Items will be shipped within 24 Hours of receipt of order.

The delivery time may vary between 1 Day – 10 Days depending on your location

while our focus will be to delivery you at our earliest.

For Places like Mumbai, there will be next day delivery if orders are placed before 2

PM. In case of if it is Saturday, orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered on Monday.

In case of any delay from the promised date due to force majeure situation,

customers will be intimated through email / what’s app.

Refund Policy

Return Policy:

Genuine products with authentic quality do not need replacement or exchange however we

at Green Blossom understand that it’s practical business situation and we need to do

everything possible to support business. We undertake replacement of supplied products

under the following conditions/ scenarios:

In transit damage of the products if such incidents are reported within 24 hours & is

supported with photographs & videos of unboxing of packed carton and the damaged


If we deliver a product with shelf life < 15% of the product shelf life mentioned on

the pack and such incidents are reported within 24 hours of product delivery.

If there is a quality issue in the supplied products, subject to verification from

internal quality control team of the concern raised & proper product evaluation

The product in question needs to be returned for facilitating replacement of the

product, replacement will not be permitted without return of the product.

Replacement is not allowed if the product in question is an expired product.

Partially / half used products are not allowed for replacement.

Replacement or exchange of exchanged products will not be possible.

No discount will be given on exchanged products.


The products are sold, supplied & delivered on non-returnable basis.

Return is allowed only in case if the products delivered is incorrect or damaged. If

you have receive the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with

or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the

package to the delivery person.

Also, please email us at mentioning your Order ID.

Return request has to be placed on the same platform where in you have

purchased your product and it will not be accepted through any other medium

like email, Facebook / Instagram, WhatsApp or phone call.

In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request you are unable

to return the shipment within 48 hours’ time frame no refund would be made.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be

eligible for return or replacement, viz:

1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product

2. If the product is customized for you

3. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the

Refund is permitted for the delivered products only when there is a visible quality

defect or the order has been cancelled by the company.

Refunds can happen via direct transfer into customer’s bank account or to the

source which has been used for making payments for booking the order. E-Vouchers

/ gift cards are other options which can be used for refund.

Refund E-Vouchers issued can be redeemed on next purchase at Green Blossom

Website within the validity period.

Refunds to bank account shall be processed within 7-10 working days subject to

internal quality checks for products with quality defects.

Under no circumstances refund can be processed to third-party bank accounts. The

name of the customer & bank account holder should match for processing the


Cash refunds are not allowed for COD orders.

Refunds will be initiated only after we have physically received the returned

shipment. In such cases where customer has self-shipped the product and it gets lost

in transit, refund request will not be entertained for such cases.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation of orders placed is allowed till the time it has been dispatched say within 12 hours of placing the orders.

Orders once dispatched or in-transit orders cannot be cancelled.

No refund will be entertained in case of orders in transit.
