Organic lemongrass doesn’t only smell delicious but looks dainty too as it is used in a lot of parts of the world as an ornamental plant. Used heavily in SouthEast Asian cuisine, it lends a lemony-ginger taste that complements a majority of food and lends a flavour to it. Fresh lemongrass is also used as a raw material to make scented oils for relaxation, soaps and perfumes alike due to its delicate smell.
